About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of a fast moving and fun ‘scale-up’ SaaS business. Working with the Director of Marketing and the Chief Growth Officer you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving website traffic and generating leads. We are looking for a digital marketing expert to help us optimise our website and grow inbound leads. In return you will have the opportunity to lead our digital marketing as well as have input into broader strategic marketing.


We are looking for:


  • You’ll have proven & tangible digital marketing experience, comfortable using social media, in particular Twitter and LinkedIn, to drive demand and generate leads.
  • You’ll have oodles of experience on website & landing page optimization and you’ll be confident in driving that traffic all the while generating leads.
  • Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO and PPC to drive quality leads
  • General Hubspot wizz - you're confident with features like lead scoring and attribution models.


  • You’ll be happy to lead the charge by sharing best practice and digital pride with the team.
  • We are looking for someone to unleash their skills - you’ll have smart ideas on how to improve our ROI in the digital space and lead on implementing them.


  • You’ll be a natural explorer, you’ll seek the answers, watch Youtube videos and report back on how it’ll help our marketing journey.


  • Data & data analytics are your friends reporting and being able to demonstrate ROI from this will be key.


Ideally, you have…

  • The ideal candidate will have one or two years as a Senior Executive and looking for the next big step up.
  • You’ll be hungry to develop your broader strategic marketing skills, you’ll have a heap of autonomy in the role but also a lot of support.
  • We expect excellent attention to detail, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a super savvy Digital Performance Marketer but you’ll need some knowledge of Hubspot (or other CRM) and Google analytics.


Within 1 month you will have completed our supportive and comprehensive onboarding process and be a fully integrated team member.

Within 3 months you will be fully functioning in your role and starting to shine.

Within 6 months You’ll be driving demand through our channels & generating leads from this.
