Impact

We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Own a variety of operational areas at TAP including recruiting new team members, promoting and supporting staff wellbeing and success, maintaining HR records and review processes
  • Teach team members how they can use operational processes to maximise time efficiency in their roles
  • Learn from and work closely with TAP’s Operations Manager as well as getting to know how different teams operate across the company
  • Improve the overall efficiency and success of the company and find excellent talent to join our growing team

Progress

Within 1 month you will have completed our supportive and comprehensive onboarding process and be a fully integrated team member

Within 3 months you will be fully responsible for a diverse range of operations, HR and finance areas

Within 6 months you will be leading the way to improve and innovate in your areas of responsibility
