This is a highly varied and fast-paced role that covers a wide range of operational activities. You’ll be operating at the top of the company, working most closely with the co-founders, George and Nik, helping them to overcome the challenge of growth and evolve the company’s operations as we scale. This means handling a wide range of operational tasks so that functionally-aligned employees can focus on the activities that make them most effective as well as improving the operational processes of the company. We’re looking for someone that thrives on problem solving, is detail oriented and ‘gets shit done’.
Within 1 month you will have completed our supportive and comprehensive onboarding process and be a fully integrated team member.
Within 3 months you will be fully responsible for all financial, administrative and business operations and have started to identify and plan key areas of improvement.
Within 6 months you will have implemented new processes that significantly increase time and cost efficiencies across the company.
